In this session, you\u2019ll apply the techniques learned in confined water to real-world conditions, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free immersion and constant weight dives<\/li>\n<li>Depth adaptation and equalization techniques<\/li>\n<li>Safety and buddy procedures for open water<\/li>\n<li>Relaxation and confidence-building at depth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> To enroll in this open water session, you must <strong>also sign up for a PADI Freediver pool session<\/strong> or already hold a <strong>Basic Freediver certification (or higher)<\/strong>.
